6 Sets of:
High Hang Snatch x 2 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

(Goal is to keep the torso vertical and bar in the hips through the down and finish, keeping the weight back in the heels)

5 rounds for time of:
30 x Double-Unders
20 x Wall ball (20/14)
10 x Burpees to a 45lb plate
