For Time:
1000m Object Run (53/35) & (20/14)
80 Front Squats (185/110)*
60 Synchronized Burpees Over Bar**

*Barbell may not touch the ground until all 80 reps are completed. Team 400m penalty run for dropping barbell.

**Reps must be done in unison – specifically 2 points:
1. Chest to the ground
2. Jumping over the bar
