Deadlift x 2 @ 70-75%
Minute 1: 1 Burpee + 1 Thruster (95/65)
Minute 2: 2 Burpees + 2 Thrusters
Minute 3: 3 Burpees + 3 Thrusters
…etc. until you can no longer complete the given reps within the minute
Just wanted to give a programming heads up. This week will be a bit of a “deload” week. Following that, we will be picking up with an 8 week OLY Cycle. The major days of this cycle will be on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. This is a Cycle that will include a 2RM Back Squat, 1 RM Front and Back Squat, and 1RM Snatch and CnJ. Let’s get ready to toss some weight around and make some gains.
