  1. Legs where feeling good today so I added a little (5-10lb) to the bar
    70% 185×3
    75 %195×3
    80% 215×3
    85% 225 x8, 2 rep pr. I regretted this about half way into the next workout

    Scaled to 275 for dl . 16:09
