Set 1 – 2 @ 60%
Sets 2, 3 – 2 @ 65%
Sets 4, 5, 6 – 2 @ 70%

B.
Every 2:00 for 5 sets:
Back Squat x 3 @ 70%

C.
AMRAP in 6:00
Front Squats (185/125)
*10 Burpees every time you drop the barbell.
