  1. A. 10@135 10@185 20@205. Question. Since we started this 20rm I’ve added 5# but if failed three attempts in a row at 230. I’m wondering if I started to fast. Meaning on the first post about a month ago I attempted at 20@165 which is my 60%. On the same day I built up to 20@205 thinking that it was just a strength test, not a 2x week program. 205 is 75% of my 1rm. Was I not supposed to build that fast?
