  1. A. Disclaimer, this cycle has me wrekd,
    230,220,210, tried 245 and failed the second rep( probably due to the hand stands and deads) I’m faster under the bar in my Olympic movement and faster in met cons but I feel like I’ve lost strength overall, it sucks. I have lost about 10 pounds since the open started.

    B. Scaled. 400m, 5 front @185, 7 c2b not for time today
