Running Workout:
4 rounds:
1x(400m run, 200m recovery jog, no rest)
2x(300m fast jog, 100m run, no rest)
3 min rest
Total: 5600m

Workout Details and Pacing: All 400m runs at mile PR pace. All 200m runs easy jog. All 300m runs in the same time that it took to complete the 400m interval. All 100m runs at mile PR pace.
