Rest: 2 min rest between all reps & 5 min rest between sets

Workout pacing: This workout has 4 different paces. The 600’s are at an easy pace, the 400’s are at a moderate pace, the 500’s are at an easy/moderate pace, the 300’s are at a moderate/fast pace. You define the intensity.

Workout focus: Establish your 4 running gears. Pacing consistency each round is your top priority
