Happy New Year Freedom family!! Hope the year is off to a good start and you are feeling re-energized.

-We would like to host a Nutrition Talk this Sunday before the 10am class. It will start at 9am.

-We have started our Move Fast Class. It is every Tuesday and Thursday 8:30a and 7:30p. We encourage you to bring a friend that has never come to Freedom. This is a great class that will leave you sweating. You can reserve your spot on the PushPress Member app.
