Do you allow Drop-ins?
Of course we allow drop-ins. You can check out our schedule link on our website for class-times. The drop-in fee is $20 for one time or $50 for one week. Please try and arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver and meet the coach. Please be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your workout.
Why is it so expensive?
The short answer is, it’s not.
1. You will be constantly coached every time you step into the gym. Our coaches are here to ensure you move correctly, you nourish your body properly and are accomplishing your individual goals.
2. An unlimited membership costs $4.16 per day.
3. A membership at Freedom Barbell includes a highly-trained staff, mobility, nutritional education and a community of people that support your goals.

I have a pre-existing injury, can I still participate?
Freedom Athletic Academy is not only a general physical preparedness program, it is also rehabilitative in that it takes the body through a full range of motion about the joint. Proper movement stimulates healing by generating blood flow to the affected areas. How we approach injuries is a learning process between you and us. We want to know the when and what of the injury. From there we can attack the “how to heal”. We have two options for this. We can explain to you our methods and you can scale the workouts appropriately or we can arrange personal training session to get you on the healing path.
Do you have a guest policy?
I’m a member of Freedom Athletic Academy and I have a friend, sister, brother, alien coming in town who I’d like to bring with me to the gym. We love you and all your [alien] friends. Please see our drop in policy for fees and how to.
